Rent My Trailer Rental Agreement

In Consideration of the Mutual Covenants and Promises in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of consideration is hereby acknowledged, the lessor rents the equipment to the lessee and the lessee rents the equipment from the lessor, on the following terms:

1. The following definitions are used but not otherwise defined in this agreement:
a. “Casualty Value” means the market value of the Equipment at the end of the Term or when in relation to a total loss. The market value of the Equipment at the end of the Term but for the total loss. The casualty value may be less than but not more than the original price of the equipment and modifications.
b. “Equipment” means Carry on Trailer which has an approximate value of $4,000.
c. “Total Loss” means any loss or damage that is not repairable or costs more to repair than the approximate cost of the Equipment and modifications.

2. The Lessor agrees to lease the Equipment to the Lessee and the Lessee agrees to lease the Equipment from the Lessor in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement.

3. The Agreement of “Daily Rental” means rented and returned on the same day and returned by 8:00 PM eastern standard time.

4. The rent exclusive of Massachusetts sales tax will be paid in the amount of $49 for each Daily Rental.

5. The lessee shall at the lessee’s own expense and risk, shall pick up the Equipment at the exact designated location on the reservation and return the Equipment to the same exact location where the lessee picked up the Equipment.

6. The lessee will use the Equipment in a good and careful manner and will comply with all the Manufacturer’s requirements and recommendations respecting any applicable laws and regulations.

7. The lessee will use the Equipment for what it was designed and not for any other purpose.

8. The lessee will not alter, modify or make any changes to the Equipment.

9. The Equipment will be in good working order and in condition upon delivery.

10. The Equipment is of Merchantable quality and is fit for the purposes it is ordinarily used.

11. To the extent permitted by law, the lessee is responsible for the risk of theft, damage or destruction of the Equipment from any and every cause.

12. At the end of the Term of the Lease, the Lessee will return the Equipment to the exact location that the Equipment was picked up.

13. No Insurance coverage is required in this Agreement.

14. The lessee will indemnify and hold harmless the lessor against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages and liability, including attorney fees and costs arising out of the lessee’s use of the Equipment.


15. This is a lease. You are not buying the Equipment. Do not sign this Agreement before you read it. You are entitled to a complete copy of this Agreement when you sign it.
